Mind Over Matter

I can attribute most of my recovery to the belief that I can take on any physical challenge.  Believing that I must take these injuries down got me through most of this shit.  Mostly believing in myself, and a little bit of ability helped me to recover.  So, I would just insist that everyone should believe in themselves more.  A human can take on more than he or she thinks he or she can.

The video about Arthur's recovery shows how an average guy, who unfortunately couldn't walk for some time, can inspire us.  Take that lesson away from watching that video.  Regular people, not just athletes, can overcome huge stuff.  Take that lesson into your mediocre life and try something different.  We would have a much better planet, if people would just give a shit.  I didn't think I would have a traumatic accident, but I did, and, hopefully, I can inspire people.   Not just mediocre people make up the world.

Aggravation

Hearing the announcer refer to Ricky Fowler as a "fan favorite" today, made me extremely pissed off.

Inspiration

http://youtu.be/qX9FSZJu448  Watch this video to feel enormous inspiration.  I feel very motivated when I watch this, probably because of my current condition.  This teaches us a very important thing.  You can find inspiration in lots of random people, when they have the chance to inspire us.

Learn

I have learned one major thing from my accident.  If you want to say something, unless you want to express your views on god, like me, because your spiritual views, largely, decide what path you will take, that might offend someone, just shut up.  Don't waste the energy on offending a person.  I have learned this from posting a lot of, potentially, offensive things on Facebook.  As a result of my brain injury I have increased free time, and I have trouble controlling myself.  This leads to my recent obsession with Facebook.  Posting a lot of questionable shit on Facebook, I thought rather than offending somebody and coming off as a bitter jerk, I should just shut up, and chill out.  Often I think a persons says too much, when he or she should just shut up.  People that talk too much and offend people in the process, make me mad.  Somebody might tell me to practice what I preach.  I often offend people, and I have to learn from my mistakes.  So, please forgive me if I offend you.

Positive Correlation

I believe a positive person  has a lot of friends who pray for him or her.  The amount of prayer correlates with the amount of positivity that a person has.  Many people told me they prayed for me as a result of my accident.  I believe that the amount of prayer correlates with my vast willingness to take on challenges.  A person that prays for me, thinks I recovered because god got involved.  That almost kind of insults me, to say I recovered because god got involved, not because I can take on challenges, and not because of my strong willingness to recover.  I try very fucking hard everyday, because I have will, not because god wants me to get better.  I attend therapy on Tuesdays and Thursday to learn how walk, talk and handle things better.  This entry just supplements my entry on my spiritual beliefs.  I didn't type this as a new entry.
