The Fate of a Conversation With a Loquacious Person

Before a talkative person even starts a conversation, that person has already decided what the conversation will focus on.  No matter what topic another person brings up, the talkative person will find a way to relate the brought up topic to the thing that the talkative person wants to focus on.
