Human Beings Can't Fly

The casual use of superlatives, like can't, upset me.  Usually, a person can do something, it just takes a very huge amount of effort to do that thing, and that person says he or she "can't".  Quoting my physical therapist:  "you can, you just currently have a hard time doing it."
